Duber is the prodigy of a father who sold fishing tackle. Raised near the Susquehanna River in Pennsylvania, Duber became addicted to fishing at a very early age eventually guiding for Pennsylvania smallmouth, trout, steelhead, and stripers. A Federation of Fly Fishers Certified Casting Instructor, Duber would rather fish the salt with a fly rod than with any other type of tackle. Moving to Florida, he and his brother own a chartering service plying the Indian River flats to the breeches in the Atlantic for anything that hits a fly. He advises that one can be a great caster but if the fish know you are coming no amount of casting skill will catch them. Presently Duber manages an Orvis flagship store in Richmond in addition to his chartering service. |

Greg was born and raised in southern Dade County. His first fly fishing outfit came at age 12 after saving and redeeming S&H green stamps. Never being happy off the water, Greg started his highly successful River Hawk Charter service nine years ago. He loves the hunting and targeting most of the main species of fish that swim in the Indian River. Greg believes that in many situations a properly presented fly will outperform any lure in a spin fisherman’s tackle box. |
